The hotel's location is fantastic, right next to the East Railway Station with easy access to the city. The rooms are spacious with a lounge area, but room temperature control could be improved. The service, especially by the night manager, was friendly and professional. Dining options are good quality but may not cater well to non-Chinese dietary preferences. The hotel is close to major attractions and transportation hubs.
